The hotel is located outside the city center but very close to the metro, so if you don’t mind commuting by public transport, this location might be just right for you. The reception, bar, and rooms are all modernly furnished, and the staff was available throughout our stay. I give high marks for the hotel’s facilities, interior design, and its close to the metro. However, one downside is that the hotel also serves as student accommodation, which made one of the evenings a bit noisier than expected. We reported the issue to the reception, and they offered us appropriate compensation and an apology. I really appreciate this approach, and we’re thankful for it. As for breakfast, there’s something for everyone. Don’t expect a huge variety, but if you’re staying just a few days, you’ll definitely be satisfied. A big plus goes to the option of having coffee made by a barista and freshly squeezed orange juice—both were excellent. During breakfast, the staff sometimes struggled to keep up with clearing and setting tables for new guests, but if you don’t mind grabbing your own cutlery or similar small things, it won’t be an issue. Overall, we were satisfied and can recommend this hotel. If you plan to spend most of your time out and about in the city, this is a great choice for you.

The hotel's location is just few mins walk from Metro. And from there its just a few minutes away to Centrale by train. They have a 24hr reception so checking in and out is a smooth process. And the staff-- they're lovely. Hand written note on your room, polite and helpful. Just lovely. I travelled with my mom and was taken aback upon arrival bcoz of the loud music coming from the hotel lobby. They have a bar, live band and loaded with people having a good friday night . So much for welcoming guests! But im all for that. 😅 and once you get on the elevator up to floors, the music fades. Overall, i would def recommend this hotel. 🥰

All were incredible,the staff was very friendly,room was really big and included all that we needed. I would like to separately note that it was very warm, the blanket was very thin and warm, very comfortable, the mattress was very cool, comfortable. The pillows too. I am very demanding of the bed - here everything was at a good level. It was quiet, maybe because we were there for Christmas - I liked it. The breakfast is not very varied, but this is compensated by the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the room. I have been to different countries, different hotels - but I really liked it here! And of course the location - very close to the metro, convenient! Easy to get to the airport.

The hotel is great, localised in quiet university district, just 3 minutes walk from Bicocca metro station. Rooms are big and clean, beds really comfortable. The loft and modern internal design style is just another bonus. The staff really helpful and nice. Breakfast are good, standard type. And near the hotel is Cineteca Milano, if anyone is interested in movies :) I highly recommend this hotel for everyone. I am coming back to Milan in April, and I wanted to book room in CX Milan again, but it is already fully booked at my trip's time.
